I found the staff very friendly. the free shuttle bus to the city center was very convenient. it saved me time arranging transport. I loved that. the spa had affordable prices and nice treatments.
The pool sunbeds were broken. it limited seating options. some nights, the hot water wouldn't work, and that was annoying. we were not able to use the iron. It was never available, though.

the gardens were immaculate everything was clean and working perfectly including the pool area and bar. the free shuttle into the medina was super convenient plus it ran frequently throughout the day. the staff were friendly they helped with every question i had. our double room sofa bed was spacious!
the evening entertainment concluded relatively early which was a little disappointing

staff greeted me warmly every time i passed by reception they were always smiling they provided prompt responses to requests i made to them. the room service was impressively fast and efficient.

the breakfast buffet featured fresh pastries and fruits along with hot dishes like eggs and sausages the restaurant staff kept everything stocked. dinner included themed nights showcasing international cuisine and local delicacies each dish was delicious.

the hotel is close to the city center it is great that the free shuttle is available i found taxis are readily accessible right outside the hotel entrance for longer trips. nearby attractions are easily accessible.

the large pool had plenty of loungers and umbrellas and provided a cool spot to relax all day. the gym has modern equipment including treadmills and weights i used every day. the grounds were very well kept.

heated indoor pool for my child was awesome for the trip. we got a room upgrade from the staff. meals tasted delicious!!! beautiful spaceous garden was perfect for an evening stroll. i really liked those things!
i thought the air conditioning could have been a bit quieter. it was only slightly noisy, but it was there.
