the hotel staff was friendly and helpful! i found the grounds to be well maintained and beautiful. the free shuttle bus to the city center was convenient. the onsite moroccan restaurant served great food!!!
I found the gym to be quite small. It only had a few pieces of equipment.

heated indoor pool for my child was awesome for the trip. we got a room upgrade from the staff. meals tasted delicious!!! beautiful spaceous garden was perfect for an evening stroll. i really liked those things!
i thought the air conditioning could have been a bit quieter. it was only slightly noisy, but it was there.

the room was spacious. it included two wardrobes that allowed easy storage. fresh bottled water was provided complimentary each day, so it was a nice gesture and kept me hydrated.

the hotel offered a free shuttle bus every hour to the center. this made getting around very convenient. an atm next to reception was helpful for getting local currency. it saved me time.
